The Documentation™ Engine

Please complete this form to submit your request for The Documentation™ Engine.

We will review and respond within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm PST) with any questions.

As we mentioned during your onboarding (or when we announced this service), the team will be meticulously documenting and dissecting every part of your process, so we can only do TWO (2) active DE requests at a time.

The time it takes to complete a DE request will depend on the complexity of the process, and we’ll give you an estimate of that on Slack once we’ve processed your request.

Additional Reminders:

  • Give yourself time to think about the process before filming. Do a quick outline of what you want to cover in chronological fashion to reduce the number of back and forths in the video.
  • As much as possible, document yourself going through an actual process, and don’t use any sample data. Do as much of the actual process as possible.
  • Make sure your Loom video is clear and what you click on / type is clear — we’ll be pulling screenshots for your documentation from your video.
